Vou ser breve, celular com uma semana de uso ficou sem rede nos dois chips, suspeito ter sido logo após alguma atualização, já entrei em contato com a asus mas ainda não recebi respostas, alguém passou ou passa pelo mesmo ? veja se os chips estão ativados em Configurações de Cartão dual Sim Estou com o mesmo problema, e os chips estão ativados sim. Se alguém conseguir uma solução por favor avise, tem muita gente desapontada com Asus por causa desse problema. Também tenho o mesmo problema, o sinal sai, de um dos chips e as vezes dos dois. Fico sem sinal, e além de tudo fica dizendo o tempo todo que o SIM 2 n está instalado, e em seguida fica perguntando qual dos chips utilizar e se liga os dados ou n. Também estou com o mesmo problema, a rede fica oscilando e muitas vezes sem nenhum sinal. Atualizei para loliipop e piorou. Pessoal, Alguém conseguiu resolver? Liguei no suporte da Asus mas não resolveram nada. Tentei voltar para o kitkat seguindo um tutorial aqui do Android pit uindo e não deu certo, pensei que tinha ferrado o celular, ficou um símbolo de uma conexão USB e não saia disso, após eu conseguir desligar o telefone, quando ligou vi que não tinha dado certo e que estava com o loliipop ainda. Mas para minha surpresa o problema de rede foi resolvido sem explicação após eu realizar esse procedimento. Péssimo problema...sou de Guarulhos/SP e estou c um plano da NEXTEL. Primeiro eu voltei o sistema para o Android Kitkat , neste momento o telefone já voltou a funcionar perfeitamente. Fiz vários testes....celular no bolso, dentro da gaveta e até dentro de um cofre eu testei, e o sinal se manteve, perfeito!!!! O problema é que alguns aplicativos pararam de funcionar com o Kitkat . Decidi então atualizar novamente para o Lolipop, terminado a atualização fiz novamente os testes e ficou perfeito!!!!! Já estou 3 semanas com o celular ligado direto e não perdeu o sinal uma vez!!!!! A conclusão que tirei disso é que na primeira atualização original do telefone do sistema Android Kitkat para o Lolipop, algo deu errado. E fazendo o processo manualmente corrigiu o bug.
